An invitation to Harvard Choral Alumni
SUMMER SINGING with the Harvard Summer Chorus
Harvard Choral Alumni are invited to participate in Harvard’s Summer Chorus, an annual tradition for over six decades. This year, the ensemble will perform Dvorak’s STABAT MATER, opus 58, conducted by Andrew Clark. Rehearsals take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7p-9:45p from June 26-August 2 (6 weeks) at Sanders Theatre in Cambridge. The concert on Friday August 3 features a professional orchestra and soloists. The choir consists of community members from Boston-area choruses, graduate students and undergraduates, and visiting high school students studying at Harvard’s Summer School Program.
For more info, see our website at: http://www.hcs.harvard.edu/~summerchorus/
If you’re interested in participating, please email summer chorus manager Michael Raleigh at: firstname.lastname@example.org
All expenses (dues, scores, concert tickets) are underwritten by Harvard’s Summer School.
It promises to be a rewarding and fun summer choral experience!
